• Account info — name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses
• Order details — items purchased, prices, dates
• FFL information — the receiving dealer name, license number, and address (firearm orders only)
• Payment information — handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we never see or store your full card number
• Site usage — basic page-view analytics, IP address, browser type

• Processing and fulfilling your orders
• Shipping and tracking notifications
• Customer support communications
• Compliance with ATF and other federal/state regulations
• Improving the site (anonymized usage data)

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We share only what's necessary to fulfill your order:

• Our payment processor for credit-card processing
• Our supplier (Chattanooga Shooting Supplies) for drop-ship fulfillment — they receive ship-to address and order details
• Your receiving FFL (firearm orders only) — we share the buyer name, item, and order number so the FFL knows what's arriving
• Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx) for delivery
• Government agencies when required by law (ATF traces, subpoenas, etc.)

We use cookies for essential site functions (cart, login session) and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some site features (like checkout) won't work without them.

Order records are retained for at least 20 years as required by ATF rules for firearm transactions. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of non-required data anytime by emailing us.

Depending on your state, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccuracies
• Request deletion (subject to ATF retention rules)
• Opt out of non-essential communications
