Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns or long-gun ammunition, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns or handgun ammunition. You must not be prohibited from owning firearms under federal, state, or local law. By placing an order, you certify that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

All firearms must be shipped to a federally licensed dealer (FFL). We do not ship firearms to residential addresses. You are responsible for selecting a receiving FFL, paying any transfer fees they charge, completing the ATF Form 4473, and passing a NICS background check at your local FFL. You are responsible for verifying that the items you order are legal in your state and locality. If a product cannot be legally transferred to you, the order will be cancelled or returned at your expense. Dawson Defense is not liable for purchases that violate state or local law.

Prices and inventory are subject to change without notice. We comply with manufacturer Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) and Unilateral Pricing Policy (UPP) requirements. While we aim for accuracy, errors in pricing or stock can occur. If we discover an error after your order, we'll contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund the order.

Orders are paid through our PCI-compliant payment processor at checkout. By placing an order you authorize Dawson Defense (or our payment processor) to charge the listed total, including shipping and applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method.

Shipping rates, delivery timeframes, and carrier terms are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier; we don't guarantee specific delivery dates.

See our Returns & Exchanges policy. Firearms are non-returnable once transferred to you at your local FFL.

Products are sold with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Dawson Defense is not the manufacturer and does not provide additional warranties. For warranty claims on firearms, optics, and similar items, contact the manufacturer directly using the contact details supplied with the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dawson Defense LLC's liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including injuries, misuse, or unauthorized use of products.

Firearms and ammunition can cause serious injury or death if handled improperly. By purchasing from Dawson Defense, you acknowledge the inherent risks of using these products and assume full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and use. Always follow firearm safety rules and applicable laws.

All site content (text, images, logos) is the property of Dawson Defense or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Product images and brand names are the property of their respective manufacturers and are used for identification only.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona.
