The Burris Xtreme Tactical Base is a two-piece scope base set for Ruger M77 rifles, designed for a solid, accurate optic mount. Burris is a well-regarded optics maker with a long track record of scope mounting hardware. The Weaver-style pattern is compatible with a wide range of rings, so you have plenty of ring choices. A good-quality base is an easy way to improve zero retention, and this one is intended for M77-pattern receivers. Check that your rifle model matches before ordering.
