Charles Daly's 601 Turkey is set up for one job and does not pretend otherwise. The 24-inch barrel is the length turkey hunters gravitate to, short enough to swing from a seated position against a tree but long enough to stay steady on a long shot, and the 3-inch chamber handles serious turkey payloads.

Full Mossy Oak Bottomland coverage over the stock and metal hides you in hardwoods, where that pattern has been fooling birds for decades. A dedicated turkey gun is a specialist's tool, and the difference in comfort and confidence over a repurposed field gun is real.
