The Chiappa 1863 Sharps Cavalry is a reproduction of the famous single-shot breechloading carbine, built for cowboy action shooters, history buffs and traditional hunters. The 22-inch barrel and wood furniture reflect the cavalry-style layout, and the Sharps falling-block action is one of the most iconic American designs of the 19th century. Chiappa makes a range of historically inspired firearms in Italy, and this model is a fun, authentic choice for black powder cartridge shooters, reenactors, and anyone who appreciates a piece of the American frontier.
