Christensen Arms made its name bringing aerospace carbon fiber technology into rifle building, and the Ridgeline is the rifle that put them in every hunting camp. The Safari variant dresses that platform with walnut furniture for shooters who want classic looks without giving up modern barrel technology.

This one is chambered in 7mm Backcountry, a newer cartridge engineered around high-pressure cases to deliver magnum-class velocity from shorter barrels, which is exactly why a 20-inch tube makes sense here. Plains game and open-country hunting are the intended use, and the carbon-wrapped barrel keeps weight manageable on long walks.
