Christensen Arms' Modern Carbon Rifle is their hunting-oriented carbon rifle in a black finish, here in .25 Creedmoor with a 20-inch carbon-wrapped barrel and FFT construction throughout. The .25 Creedmoor is one of the more interesting recent additions to the catalog: it revives the quarter-bore in a case that feeds modern long, high-BC .257 bullets, giving hunters flat trajectories and good wind performance with recoil closer to a 6.5 than a .270.

The carbon barrel and stock keep weight down for hunters who measure a rifle by how it feels on the fourth mile.
