The CVA Scout XP is a single-shot break-action rifle chambered in .223 Remington with a 16.5-inch threaded barrel and a black synthetic stock. The 5/8x24 thread pattern accepts muzzle devices, and the simple single-shot design is light, compact, and reliable. The .223 is mild-recoiling and economical to shoot, making this rifle a good choice for varmints, small game, and introducing new shooters to centerfire rifles.
