The CVA Scout SS Takedown is a single-shot rifle chambered in .308 Winchester, with a 20-inch stainless threaded barrel and a takedown design that allows the rifle to be separated into two pieces for transport. CVA builds simple, durable break-action rifles at an approachable price.

The .308 Winchester is widely used for hunting medium game and plinking, with plentiful ammunition. A threaded 5/8x24 muzzle accommodates compatible muzzle devices, and the takedown feature makes the Scout easy to store in a pack or vehicle.
