This is Dead Air's KeyMo-pattern flash hider in the Government profile, threaded 5/8x24 for standard .30 caliber and .308-family barrels. It does double duty as an effective standalone flash hider and as the mounting interface for KeyMo-compatible suppressors.

The KeyMo system uses a quick-detach ratcheting design that locks the can down positively and returns to zero when remounted, which is what you want if you move one suppressor across multiple hosts. Dead Air builds these from heat-treated stainless steel because muzzle devices under a suppressor see conditions most components never do.
