The RIS III is the handguard Daniel Defense developed for special operations rifles, and it is one of the most thoroughly tested free-float rails in production. This 9.5-inch assembly in FDE uses M-LOK attachment slots along its length and the full-length top rail that lets you run night vision, thermal, or backup irons in a continuous plane with your optic.

Because it free-floats the barrel, accuracy holds up even with a bipod, sling, or light loaded onto the rail. The proprietary barrel nut and bolt-up design give it the rigidity to survive hard use without shifting zero on rail-mounted accessories.
