This is FN 5.7x28mm 40-grain full metal jacket ammunition in a 500-round case. The 5.7x28 round is known for light recoil, flat trajectory and efficient performance in the FN Five-seveN pistol, PS90 carbine and other 5.7 platforms. FMJ is a good all-around choice for range practice, training and plinking, and buying by the case offers a convenient way to stock up for a long day of shooting.
