Fierce Firearms builds rifles in Utah for hunters who want match-rifle accuracy in a package they can carry, and the Twisted Rival XP 2.0 NRL is their crossover into precision-hunting competition. The Twisted name refers to the spiral-fluted stainless barrel, here 22 inches long and chambered in 6mm Creedmoor, a low-recoil cartridge that shoots high-BC bullets with very little drift and is a staple of NRL Hunter matches. The gray finish and NRL-configured stock give a stable shooting position from barricades and packs, while the Rival action cycles smoothly under time pressure. It works just as well on pronghorn, deer and coyotes when the season opens.
