Fierce Firearms builds around a titanium action in its Twisted TI models, and the weight savings there let the rest of the rifle stay stout without becoming a burden on the mountain. The Rogue configuration adds a carbon-influenced stock and a 22-inch barrel, finished in black with contrasting accents.

The .300 PRC chambering is the reason to buy this rifle: a modern, non-belted magnum designed from the start around long, heavy, high-BC .30 caliber bullets, which makes it one of the better choices for elk, moose and long-range work in wind. Recoil is real but manageable in a rifle of this weight.
