The Kimber Rapide Dawn is a 1911-style pistol chambered in 9mm Luger with a 5-inch barrel and a silver finish. Kimber has built a strong reputation for tightly fitted, high-quality 1911s, and the Rapide line is known for its distinctive styling and fine finish, which gives this gun considerable shelf appeal. The single-action trigger is crisp and the 9mm cartridge keeps recoil light, which makes it a pleasure to shoot at the range. This is the California-compliant version, intended for shooters who appreciate refined 1911 aesthetics and good shootability.
