The Mossberg Patriot is a bolt-action centerfire rifle built around Mossberg's Lightning Bolt Action (LBA) trigger, an adjustable design known for a crisp break on a budget-friendly rifle. Chambered in .22-250 Remington, this version is a fast, flat-shooting varmint and predator round that has been popular with coyote and groundhog hunters for decades. The 22-inch barrel, blued metal, and synthetic stock make it a rugged and economical field rifle. The Patriot is aimed at hunters who want solid accuracy and weather resistance without paying a premium.
