Cheek weld is one of the quiet fundamentals of shooting a rifle well, and AK-pattern stocks often sit too low once you mount a modern optic on a rail or riser. Magpul's AK Cheek Riser adds three-quarters of an inch of height to bring your eye up into the scope or red dot, which cleans up head position and makes the sight picture repeatable instead of something you hunt for on every shot. It installs over the stock comb without permanent modification, and the flat dark earth polymer matches the rest of Magpul's FDE furniture. Typical Magpul build quality throughout.
