The MIAD — Mission Adaptable — grip was Magpul's answer to the fact that no single AR grip fits every hand. It uses interchangeable front straps and beavertail backstraps so you can build the grip circumference and palm swell that actually suits you, rather than adapting to a decades-old military profile.

This is the Gen 1.1 Type 2 in black, sized for standard AR-15 and AR-10 pattern receivers. The core is hollow and accepts storage cores for batteries, a bolt/firing pin kit or CR123 cells — useful on a rifle that lives in a truck or safe. Installation takes one screw and a few minutes.
