The POF-USA Rogue DI answers a question serious rifle shooters have asked for years: why should a .308 AR weigh so much more than a 5.56? Built in Arizona, the Rogue packs a .308 Winchester into a receiver set close to the size and weight of a standard AR-15, running a direct-impingement gas system and a 16.5-inch barrel to keep it handy. It feeds from SR-25-pattern magazines and gives a hunter or patrol shooter full-power .30-caliber performance in a carbine that carries all day. POF is known for over-engineered small parts, and the black finish keeps it low-key. It is a sharp choice for hogs, deer and anyone who wants .308 reach without the bulk.
