Patriot Ordnance Factory builds some of the most heavily engineered AR-pattern rifles made, and the Rogue is their lightweight .308 Winchester carbine, notable for being one of the lightest full-power ARs in production. This direct impingement version wears a 13.75-inch barrel in Patriot Brown, putting it in pistol or NFA territory depending on configuration, and it is built around POF's proprietary lightweight receiver set, ambidextrous controls and heat-sinking handguard. For hog hunting from a blind or a truck, or for anyone who wants .308 authority without .308 weight, it is a compelling package.
