POF USA builds AR-pattern rifles with a heavy emphasis on hard-use durability, and the LMR is its .308 Winchester large-frame platform. This Base model runs a direct impingement gas system with a 16.5-inch barrel and a 15-inch M-LOK handguard, giving you plenty of real estate for lights, bipods and hand stops while keeping the rifle short enough to handle. A .308 semi-auto in this configuration is a genuinely versatile tool — capable on hogs and deer, effective on steel well past 500 yards, and quick for follow-up shots in a way a bolt gun isn't. POF's fit, finish and attention to detail sit a step above the commodity end of the market.
