This is a factory Springfield Armory magazine for the Echelon, the company's modular striker-fired duty pistol, in 9mm Luger with a 20-round capacity and an FDE finish. Extended magazines like this are the natural pairing for a full-size range or competition setup, and they also make a sensible home-defense loadout where concealment is not a concern.

Factory magazines matter more than most accessories. Feed lip geometry, follower design, and spring rate are the difference between a pistol that runs and one that does not, and buying from the original manufacturer removes the guesswork.
