This SureFire dual-switch remote tailcap assembly is designed for X-series weaponlights and provides a pressure pad on a roughly 7-inch cable so the light can be activated from a more natural grip position, such as the fore-end of a rifle or shotgun. A remote switch makes it much easier to run a weaponlight with a support hand, and SureFire's build quality has made it a long-standing choice for serious users.
