The Core Hunter builds on Savage's proven 110 action and pairs it with 7mm Backcountry, a modern cartridge designed from the ground up to deliver magnum-class velocity out of short, suppressor-friendly barrels. At 20 inches this rifle stays maneuverable in timber and off a pack, and the matte black finish is built to take weather without complaint. The 110 platform brings the user-adjustable AccuTrigger, a floating bolt head that squares up the cartridge for consistent lockup, and the AccuFit stock system so you can tune comb height and length of pull to your build. A purpose-built rifle for the modern suppressed hunter.
