The Savage 220 is a bolt-action 20-gauge slug gun, and it exists because a bolt action with a rifled barrel is simply a more accurate way to launch a sabot slug than any shotgun action. For hunters in shotgun-only deer zones, a 220 shoots closer to rifle accuracy than most people expect from a slug gun. This one has a stainless barreled action, Mossy Oak Break-Up Country camo and Savage's AccuStock bedding system with a 22-inch barrel.

The AccuTrigger is user-adjustable, and the detachable box magazine makes unloading at the end of a sit simple.
