Built in a left-hand configuration, this Savage Axis 2 is chambered in .22 Creedmoor, a newer high-velocity cartridge derived from the 6mm Creedmoor case that delivers an extremely flat trajectory and excellent resistance to wind drift for varmint and predator shooters. Savage's adjustable AccuTrigger gives it a crisp, consistent pull that helps shooters extract the rifle's full accuracy potential, and the blued barrel and green synthetic stock stand up well to field use. With a 20-inch barrel to maximize velocity, this rifle is a strong option for left-handed coyote and varmint hunters who want cutting-edge cartridge performance in a proven, affordable action.
