A left-hand Savage Axis 2 Compact in .350 Legend, with an 18-inch barrel and a grey and black finish. The Compact configuration uses a shortened length of pull and barrel, making it a proper fit for younger and smaller-framed hunters rather than a full-size rifle they have to grow into.

The .350 Legend was designed for the straight-wall cartridge deer seasons in the Midwest, offering meaningful terminal performance with notably light recoil, which pairs well with a compact rifle. Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger comes standard, and left-handed shooters get a genuine mirrored action.
