The Taurus 856 Ultra-Lite is a lightweight, six-shot snub-nose revolver chambered in .38 Special, with a 2-inch barrel and a double-action/single-action design. The Ultra-Lite model uses a lightweight frame to reduce carry weight, which makes it comfortable for everyday concealed carry or as a backup gun. This variant has a Blue Raspberry finish, adding a splash of color to a classic carry revolver. The six-round capacity is a plus over many five-shot snubs, and the .38 Special can run +P loads for added power. It is a straightforward, easy-to-use option.
