The Taurus G3 is a striker-fired 9mm pistol with a 4-inch barrel and a tungsten-gray finish, and it holds 17 rounds in a standard magazine. The G3 builds on the earlier G2 and G3c designs, offering a crisp trigger, good ergonomics, and a variety of features at a budget-friendly level. It is a full-size, practical handgun that works well for home defense, range use, and for newer shooters who want a no-frills pistol that is simple to operate. Taurus has been steadily improving its pistols in recent years, and the G3 is among its most popular models.
