The Taurus G3 is the gun that changed a lot of minds about what a budget-conscious striker-fired pistol can be. It is a full-size 9mm with a 4-inch barrel, a genuinely usable trigger with a short, positive reset, and the restrike capability that Taurus carried over from the G2 line, meaning a second strike on a stubborn primer without racking the slide.

This version pairs a stainless slide with a gray polymer frame. Serrations front and rear give you plenty to grab, the grip texture is aggressive without being abrasive, and the sights are steel rather than plastic. A solid duty-size range and home-defense pistol.
