The GX2 is Taurus's compact striker-fired 9mm, and the TORO designation means it arrives optics-ready, with the slide cut and plates included for mounting a micro red dot, which is increasingly the default expectation on a carry gun. A 3.38-inch barrel and a slim polymer frame keep it concealable, while the grip texture and undercut trigger guard give you more purchase than the size suggests. Taurus has been steadily improving its striker-fired guns, and the GX2 reflects that with better triggers and sights than the company's earlier compacts.
