The Tisas 1911A1 Tank Commander blends the proven John Browning 1911 design with a Commander-length 4.25-inch barrel and slide, chambered in .45 ACP with a black finish. The shorter length makes it easier to carry and handle than a full-size Government model while keeping the single-action trigger and rugged steel construction shooters love. Tisas builds 1911-pattern pistols in Turkey with a reputation for tight tolerances and approachable pricing.

For enthusiasts of the .45 ACP, it is a good range pistol, a solid starting point for a custom build and a handsome carry-sized 1911.
