Taylor's and Company imports single-action revolvers built on the classic 1873 pattern, and the Smoke Wagon is their most popular working gun. This one is chambered in .45 Colt with a 5.5-inch barrel, blued finish and walnut grips, and the Taylor Tuned treatment means the internals have been worked over with a lighter, cleaner trigger, a wire hammer spring and a low-profile hammer for a smoother cocking stroke straight out of the box. Cowboy action competitors buy them by the pair, but they are equally at home as a ranch gun or a big-bore range revolver.
