The Weatherby 18i is an inertia-driven semi-automatic shotgun, a system prized for running clean and staying reliable in cold, wet conditions because there is no gas port to foul. Fewer moving parts also means less maintenance after a hard season in the marsh or the uplands.

This Deluxe Grade 2 version is the dress version of that gun: an engraved nickel receiver paired with select wood, with a 26-inch barrel in 20 gauge chambered for 3-inch shells. It is light, quick-handling and appropriate for everything from upland birds to sporting clays.
