The Weatherby Mark V Deluxe Varmintmaster is a short-action bolt rifle chambered in .22-250 Remington with a 24-inch blued barrel. The Mark V is Weatherby's flagship action, famous for its nine-lug bolt design and a very short bolt lift, and the Varmintmaster is configured for flat shooting accuracy on prairie dogs, coyotes and other small targets at distance. The .22-250 is a classic varmint cartridge known for very high velocity and exceptionally flat trajectory, and this rifle gives it a premium platform.
