The Weatherby Vanguard Sporter is a traditional bolt-action rifle chambered in .22-250 Remington, a cartridge with a long history as a high-velocity varmint round. With a 24-inch blued barrel, this rifle offers the sight radius and velocity that coyote hunters and prairie dog shooters appreciate. The Vanguard line is Weatherby's more accessible series, known for good accuracy from the box and solid construction. For hunters and shooters who enjoy long-range varmint work, the .22-250 chambering offers a flat shooting trajectory and plenty of precision.
