The Weatherby Vanguard Talon is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 7mm PRC with a 24-inch barrel and a durable cobalt Cerakote finish. The Vanguard line is Weatherby's value-oriented family, known for accuracy and a smooth, strong action, and the Talon adds a weather-resistant finish and carbon-fiber stock for hunters who work in tough conditions. The 7mm PRC is a modern, long-range cartridge with a flat trajectory and plenty of energy for elk and other big game. It is a good option for hunters looking for a lightweight, accurate rifle with a modern chambering.
