The Charter Arms Pitbull is a compact revolver chambered in .40 S&W with a 2.3-inch barrel. Unlike most revolvers, the Pitbull is designed to handle cartridges typically found in semi-automatic pistols, offering the simplicity of a revolver with the powerful .40 S&W round. Charter Arms has produced affordable, American-made revolvers for decades, and the short barrel makes this one well suited to concealed carry and personal protection for those who prefer the reliability of a wheelgun.
