The Colt Enhanced Patrol Rifle is a semi-automatic AR-style rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm with a 16-inch barrel and a black finish. Colt is one of the most storied names in American firearms, and this rifle pairs that heritage with a cartridge that has a long record of reliable performance and affordable ammunition. The 7.62x39 offers more punch than 5.56 at moderate distances, which makes the rifle a solid choice for range shooting, home defense, and hog or deer hunting where legal. A 30-round magazine capacity gives plenty of firepower for training days.
