Legacy Sports imports the Citadel line, and the Boss series brings bullpup shotgun design to a reasonable price point. This Tac-S model in 12 gauge uses an 18.5-inch barrel in a bullpup layout, which puts the action behind the trigger and produces a shotgun roughly the length of a carbine while retaining a full-length barrel. That compact overall footprint is the entire argument for a bullpup defensive shotgun: it maneuvers in hallways and vehicles far better than a conventional pump of the same barrel length.
