The Citadel Boss Pup Scout is a pump-action bullpup 12 gauge, combining the utter simplicity of a pump gun with a layout that makes the whole firearm dramatically shorter than a conventional shotgun with the same 18.5-inch barrel. Pump actions remain the most load-agnostic shotguns made, cycling everything from light birdshot to heavy buckshot and slugs without regard to gas or inertia, which is a real advantage in a defensive gun. The scout-style rail gives you room for a red dot, which pays off on a bullpup where sight height differs from a traditional stock.
