The Gordion is Retay's flagship inertia semi-auto, and it has earned a following among waterfowl and upland hunters who want Benelli-style operation without the Benelli price. This 20 gauge wears a 26-inch barrel with a 3-inch chamber in a legacy camo pattern. Retay's inertia system stays remarkably clean since no gas is diverted into the action, and their Inertia Plus bolt design addresses the light-load cycling that inertia guns are sometimes criticized for. In 20 gauge, it is a light, quick-handling gun for doves, ducks over decoys and walked-up birds.
