Retay has made a name in the semi-automatic shotgun world with its inertia-driven action and the Inertia Plus bolt, which stays locked until you choose to open it, a real advantage in wet and muddy conditions. The ACE-R is the company's inertia gun, and in 28 gauge it becomes something special: light in the hands, soft on the shoulder, and increasingly popular with upland hunters and clay shooters who have discovered how effective modern 28-gauge loads really are. A 28-inch barrel, 3-inch chamber and camo finish round out a gun built to be carried all day.
