The 6mm ARC was developed to push high-BC 6mm bullets from compact platforms, and it hits a genuine sweet spot — flat-shooting well past 800 yards with recoil light enough that spotting impacts is easy. Savage chambered it here in the 110 Core Tactical with an 18" barrel, keeping the rifle short and quick while still feeding the cartridge enough tube to perform. The 110 action underneath brings the AccuTrigger and the barrel-nut headspacing method that has kept these rifles punching above their weight for years. A capable predator and steel-target rifle that won't beat you up over a long string.
