The Ridge Hunter is Savage's answer to the suppressed-hunting boom, chambered here in 7mm Backcountry — a cartridge engineered specifically to deliver full magnum-class velocity from short barrels, which is exactly what you want when a can is hanging off the muzzle. The 16.5-inch barrel keeps overall length manageable even suppressed, and the stainless finish handles wet, nasty weather. Underneath it is the familiar 110 action with the adjustable AccuTrigger and AccuFit stock system, so you can set comb height and length of pull to fit you. Built for backcountry hunters who want a compact, suppressor-ready rifle that still reaches out.
