The Savage Arms Model 64 is one of the most popular budget-friendly semi-automatic .22 LR rifles, prized by plinkers, small-game hunters, and new shooters alike. This 64 FXP version pairs a 21-inch blued barrel with a synthetic stock and arrives as a scope package, so it is ready for the range right out of the box. The simple blowback action is easy to run and clean, and the listing notes a left-hand configuration, which is a welcome find for southpaws who are usually stuck with right-handed rimfire rifles. A practical, inexpensive way to burn through a lot of .22 LR.
