The G3 is the full-size member of Taurus's striker-fired G-series and has become one of the most common budget-friendly duty-size nines on the market. It runs a 4-inch barrel, a steel-reinforced polymer frame, and Taurus's restrike capability, which lets you pull the trigger again on a hard primer rather than clearing the round. This version wears an OD Green frame with a brown-toned slide finish.

Between the full-size grip, the reasonable trigger and the straightforward controls, the G3 has earned its place as a practical home-defense and range pistol.
