Traditions' Outfitter G3 is a single-shot break-action rifle built for hunters who want a simple, rugged platform without the complexity of a repeating action. Its takedown design breaks apart for compact storage and transport, making it a favorite for backcountry and travel hunts. This version is finished in stainless steel with a synthetic stock for corrosion resistance in wet or humid climates, and it's chambered in .45-70 Government, a classic big-bore cartridge renowned for its stopping power on dangerous and large game like bear, moose, and hogs at moderate range. With a 22-inch barrel, it delivers solid velocity from a straightforward, easy-to-maintain action that's been trusted by hunters for generations.
