The Traditions Outfitter G3 is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .350 Legend, a straight-wall cartridge that is popular for deer hunting in states that restrict bottleneck rifle cartridges. It comes with a 22-inch stainless barrel and a mounted 3-9x40 scope with a bullet-drop-compensating reticle, so it is ready to go as soon as it is sighted in. Traditions is best known for its muzzleloaders, and this rifle applies the same value-oriented approach to a centerfire hunting package. Recoil is mild and accuracy is solid at typical woods ranges.
