This Yankee Hill Machine mount assembly adapts the Victra-20 suppressor to barrels threaded for the Remington choke pattern, the Rem Choke system used on Remington's 20-gauge 870 and 1100 as well as a number of other makers' guns that adopted the same thread. It replaces the choke tube and gives the suppressor a rigid, concentric seat, which is essential for keeping wads and shot clear of the baffles. Because the Victra-20 attaches to the mount rather than the barrel, one suppressor can serve several shotguns as long as each has the correct mount installed. This is the piece that makes a Rem Choke gun part of that rotation.
